This pair of images seek to simplify the concepts of religion and the heavens through childish, elementary materials and self-portraiture. The images and processes were attempts to ground myself and take control of large intimidating thoughts.

Glass, liquid, fabrics, and various lighting experiments were used to create organic images untouched by digital manipulation.
