Artificial Experience, ongoing

An ongoing series that utilizes the inherent voyeurism of the camera and the zoom lens. In attending large-scale conventions, I intend to capture truly artificial environments and the attendees within them. In this series I play with awkward cropping and composition to imbue the familiarity of tourist photography. This series utilizes digital photography's rapid shooting quality to capture fleeting moments.
